These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Postiz App, available at https://postizapp.julioaquino.cloud/ (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Postiz App is a public creator tool that helps TikTok users schedule, manage, upload, and publish their own short-form video content. The Service integrates with TikTok using official APIs, including the Login Kit and the Content Posting API, to allow you to send content to your TikTok account.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract and you meet TikTok’s own eligibility requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Postiz App and TikTok complies with all applicable laws and platform rules.

3. TikTok integration

• To connect your TikTok account, you must complete TikTok’s OAuth flow through the official Login Kit.
• You authorize Postiz App to use the granted permissions solely to upload and/or publish content to your TikTok account on your behalf.
• You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting TikTok from within the Service or from your TikTok settings.
• The Service does not perform automated bulk posting, scraping, or unauthorized access to TikTok accounts.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate information when creating your account;
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account;
• only upload content that you have the rights to use and that complies with all applicable laws and TikTok’s community guidelines;
• not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal or abusive activity.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you upload through the Service. By using Postiz App to upload or schedule content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that content only as necessary to operate the Service and deliver it to TikTok.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that violates TikTok’s Developer Terms or any other policies.

7. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including if required by changes to TikTok’s APIs or policies. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes when feasible.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that uploads or publications to TikTok will always succeed or that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm other users, TikTok, or us.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
